1.2 OpenAI: Our product resembles an output that is comparable to OpenAI's ChatGPT, although TechniTitan-3.5 is not an OpenAI creation. TechniTitan-3.5 and HRwise are unrelated to, not approved by, or sponsored by OpenAI. These applications, to be clear, are separate and apart from OpenAI's own goods and services.
1.3 ChatGPT: Our AI models, TechniTtian-3.5 and HRwise, are driven by GPT-3.5-Turbo, expertly crafted by ChatGPT ("GPT-3.5-Turbo").
1.4 Eligibility: By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing or using the Website on behalf of an organization, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
