I am a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo with my bachelors degree in Business Management. While in college I maintained a 3.46 GPA while participating in school groups and working part-time. I was a member of ENACTUS, where I was a project manager. Through this group I got to lead a small group of my peers and develop my skills in leadership, project management, and time management. I was also a member of HRSA, Human Resource Student Association. In this group we put together a couple different activities to help improve our leadership skills. I also worked a part time job at Miller Merry Manor as an activity assistant. At this job I fell into an unexpected leadership role. This role helped me develop into a leader and with my organizational skills. Finally, I was chosen for an internship with a local nonprofit. This really helped me with negotiation skills and helped me utilize my critical thinking in a more productive manner.

I am a Senior at IUPUI studying Informatics, with a minor in applied data science. Throughout my studies, I have gained experience using R, MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, MS Access, MS Excel and phpMyAdmin. I have worked with Python as well. I enjoy learning new things and making meaning out of data through representation, this has led me to pursue a career in data science/data analysis.
